How to order additional exam stationery and create an attendance register.
Additional exam stationery
You can order extra exam stationery, including return labels, sacks and additional answer booklets (please don’t use single sheets or alternative stationery), using the extra stationery order form (DOCX).
We don’t send printed versions of past papers (download these from our Resources page) or candidate record forms and centre declaration sheets (download these from our non-exam assessment section).
The details of all materials your students will need for the exams is in the stationery summary lists on Centre Services. It’s also important that you check the instructions in your question paper pack to make sure you’re providing everything students need.
You can also download and print our exam room posters and information.
Creating an attendance register
We’ll send attendance registers to you before the exams. However if you’re missing one for any reason then you can create your own on Centre Services:
- Click ‘Pre-exams’
- Select ‘Entries’
- Click ‘Current Entry Reports’
- Select an academic year
- Select a series
- Click ‘Search’
- Click ‘Subject reports’
- Select a specification
- Select a component (make sure entry code is ‘all’)
- Click ‘Run report’
You’ll then be able to download your attendance register.
